  14.      17 shots and only 3 Hits!!!!  In the middle of NYC?  Where did those
  15.      other 14 rounds go?  Their lucky they didn't have 14 dead civilians
  16.      laying out on the street afterwards!  Send these guys back to the
  17.      Academy.  Better yet, make them take a NRA basic handgun class.

  20. simply ridiculous and the phrase "unacceptable conduct" doesn't go far
