- I have been checking into getting a camo finish applied to an AR-15
- recently, and have discovered that Z-Coat Ordnance has apparently gone
- out of business (they offered this type finish).
- I contacted Robar and was informed that they too offer "Polymax" camo
- finishes for firearms.
- They want $210 (dealer) to do the entire rifle. Sounds steep.
- Anyhow, anyone out there have any experience with this type finish?
- I assume its the same thing that one see's advertised as "mossy-oak" etc
- on many current rifles and scopes.
- I was told that the September issue of Soldier of Fortune has some pictures
- and an article on the Robar "Polymax" camo finish. Anyone have it?
- A copy of the article would be nice. :)
- So, is this finish durable? Scratch resistant? Look good?
- All info appreciated.
