  24. This one is easy. Install a peep hole, intercom, and/or some devices
  25. that allow you to open the door slightly and yet still prevent the door
  26. to open further. When the "stranger" shows up at 11PM, use the peep hole
  27. to indentify who he/she is. Then use intercom or louder voice and yell:

  29. "Who is it?"
  30. "What do you want?"
  31. "Why don't you come back tomorrow?"
  32.  
  33. That should take care of most situation. If he/she is smart enough to fool
  34. you, the third device will allow you to open the door slightly to talk to
  35. that person and yet give you some time to react when he/she wants to force
  36. into the door. At this moment, a pocket pistol can be very useful.
