  22.     We went over this a couple months ago, at most, but the base
  23. concensus was to see an optometrist and talk to him; I found that looking
  24. through a screen and focusing on the screen, yard, screen, etc... tended
  25. to help me.  Others have indicated that there may be problems that this
  26. will not help and may, in fact, hurt your vision.  Only an optometrist will
  27. be able to provide the best advice.
