- We went over this a couple months ago, at most, but the base
- concensus was to see an optometrist and talk to him; I found that looking
- through a screen and focusing on the screen, yard, screen, etc... tended
- to help me. Others have indicated that there may be problems that this
- will not help and may, in fact, hurt your vision. Only an optometrist will
- be able to provide the best advice.
