  31. to the Bill of Rights, is probable cause. At any time, at any place.
  32. Of course, the officer will be expected to demonstrate in open court
  33. his "probable cause;" if he can't, he (and the department) are open
  34. to charges...

  41. I've heard that the two most effective things to have are a "support
  42. your local sherrif/trooper/police association" or a National Guard
  43. (or Nat'l Guard dependent) ID. (Most of the police around these 
  44. parts are/were in the Oklahoma National Guard.)
