  18. Kerry, Missouri allows $500 loss limit, and I know that the bet limit is
  19. a lot more than $5, I think there is no limit (or $500).  Local option
  20. was passed in St. Charles and St. Louis, and possibly others.  There is
  21. a small section of the St. Louis riverfront where they will allow
  22. permanently docked casinos.  The rest will have to cruise.  Gambling
  23. only on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.  St. Louis and St. Charles
  24. will have to compete with casinos in East St. Louis and Alton, both in
  25. Illinois, where there are no limits, except those set by the casino
  26. operator.
