  16. I forgot to mention that the Casino Belle is leaving next April to go to
  17. St. Charles, Missouri (west northwest of St. Louis on the Missouri River).
  18. Apparently Missouri passed a referendum allowing casino and/or riverboat
  19. gambling. Does anyone know what the limitations there will be (e.g., bet
  20. or loss limits)?
