- I don't know what its called, but its the scale that rates most stuff
- between III and VI, with V being your typical fairly difficult veritcal
- water ice.

- Jeff Lowe's book rates many of the popular Colorado climbs. There also was
- an issue of Rock and Ice many (5?) years ago with an article on ice climbing
- in several western states, including CO.
