  12.   oops, my other post got a little mangled.  
  13.   the reason the Heuco Tanks is temporarily shut down is that gang
  14. graffiti was being sprayed over petroglyphs (sp?).   the management is
  15. using the 2 week closure to figure out what new policies to implement.  
  16. there is a public meeting about the park on tues, 11/17 in El Paso.
