  34. Ozone is a magnificent thing to have in the upper atmosphere.  Prevents
  35. excessive sunburns, increased cancer, etc.  It is also a major component
  36. of air pollution when found in the lower atomsphere.  The EPA samples air
  37. for Ozone in most major US cities.  Ozone numbers are frequently seen on 
  38. the evening news in when speaking of air pollution.

  40. Ozone is also manufactured in quantity by brush type (DC) electric 
  41. motors.  Consult any physics text.  Electric cars _are not_ ZERO
  42. emissions.
