  29. the point of my article was, you can buy the 3000GT that IMHO is a piece of 
  30. junk, looks like a piece of junk, and, for the most part, IS a piece of
  31. mismatched, underengineered, overproduced, and just basic screw up for Dodge
  32. (STEALTH) and Mitsubishi, both. While the 3000GT looks better, they both
  33. look like the should have been in either test labs or the drawing board a
  34. few extra months.  IMHO, the new styling of hte 300ZX is revolutionary.
  35. there IS no other car that looks like it.  There never has been another
  36. car that looks like it.  It is, IMHO, again, a piece of art!  MAZDA, on 
  37. the other hand, is doing their best to go retro. in fact, this is even
  38. their ad campaign. Wel..the Mk1&2's looked MUCH better.  They could have
  39. saved a lot of greif by not screwing with it, just makeing it's underpinnings
  40. worthe the added perormance, and jacked up the boost, along w/ whatever
  41. other changed were made on the ol' rot for the "new" one.  I was just almost
  42. impressed when i saw it. but then...NADA!YUK! it is not even a pleasure to
  43. sit in, let alone to drive.  I do not think they are ugly. Just..BLAH.
  44. so, you can have the 3000GT that you seem to think is beautiful. Let someone
  45. who appreciates it drive one of those screwed up Rx's, and give me the
  46. art that i'd love to have in my garage, the 300ZX. i may be heavey, but they
  47. look good, handle decent, accelerate decent, and are, quite simply, BEAUTIFUL!
  48. even the ground effects they have are well done. everything looks like it 
  49. goes where is..it should be ther, instead of the mismatched "toss in a bump
  50. here, we forgot the suspension when we were making the body, and a spoiler
  51. here, in hopes that i'll look faster..yeah..active now" styling of the
  52. 3000GT, or the "worse than the old ones" styling of the RX-7.
