- Well, in the case of Colorado, no-fault covers you up to $50k and if that
- is exceeded the uninsured motorist part of the insurance covers the rest
- (up to a limit that in my case I don't recall off-hand).
- The question is how probable it is for medical expenses to exceed $50k
- and that's where the risk is.
- BTW, my insurance agent would like me to buy this coverage but so far
- I haven't been convinced.
