- True enough. Of course, they don't get kickbacks, so it's pretty hard

- too. At least most of the people I've heard talk about Saturn have
- nothing but good to say about the service they get at Saturn dealers,
- something that's not easy to accomplish when sales pressure is made
- incredibly high by extremely low profit margins.
