- J.C. Whitney is a viable source for parts for Jeeps. I the past, however,
- I have found the quality of the parts to generally be less than great,
- and often times the pieces would not even come close to fitting (eg:
- wiper blades for a Volkswagen...).
-
- I would suggest that you contact either Sears or another aftermarket
- top supplier directly, like Whitco, perhaps.
-
- Remember that you will need all the hardware to support the soft top,
- like the bows, and the winshield snaps. These will all have to be
- installed after the hardtop is removed. Aftermarket soft tops do
- not come with this equipment.
-
- I would like to say that Sears, to the best of my knowledge, sells
- black Whitco soft tops (OEM) for about $330. This is a decent price.
