- Before we go into the argument, can we agree on onething, please
- reputation takes time to build, It takes even longer to turn a bad
- image into a good one. If the BIG 3 believe that they can bulid good
- cars, keep on doing it, people will eventually turn around. They have
- spent a lot of time in destroying their reputation, why shouldn't they
- suffer for that.
-
- Now let's see some of the argument

- Saturn may well be a good car, but do not forget the ads
- "we can build as good car as Japaness"--by Saturn, what does that
- imply?

- Well, Japaness did not enter the part of market until very recent,
- and as I said, it takes time to build reputation, and they are
- not waving flags, but making vans.

- Any serious V* attempts by Japaness, yet?

- The car looks good, but non-cfc ac, hope nobody in 10-20 years will cry
- for murder.

-
- Value is in the eyes of beholder, I do like the car though.
-

-
- Again, any serious attempts by Japaness in that area yet?

- My understanding is that, for people who never admits a mistake,
- those are the people who will never be able to correct it.
-
- [By the way, I am neither Japaness, nor American, just one who
- have heard too much "buy xxx" in my life, only to wake up to
- terrifying reality]
