  19. This is a joke, right? My advisor at UIUC congratulated me on how I, with an
  20. MS, was getting a higher salary to start than he was making after 10 years
  21. in the professor business. He drove an old Toyota beater, as did a lot
  22. of his colleagues.
  23. I _will_ admit to the ivory-tower bit, however. ;-)
