- My question to the editors/authors of that publication would be
-
- "What color is the sky in your world?"
-
- I ride in 89-91 Police pkg Crown Vics several times a week. This particular
- pkg included not the huge 351W, but the std 302EFI w/ dual exhaust. This
- car will do 0-60 in less than 10 seconds! I've been at higher speeds than
- that in a short distance. Not a sports car, but competent in the world
- of rolling couches! Two new '92's recently arrived, they're even
- more competent at 0-60, though unless available with the dohc(instead
- of the present 210hp sohc) v8, one wouldn't crack 8seconds to 60.
- What year is the Caprice? C&D says a new Caprice Police pkg will
- take 8.7 seconds to hit 60 mph!, sounds similar to a crown vic,
- doesn't it?
