  28. When exiting your neighborhood in the morning, roll thru the stop
  29. sign, so you can beat the oncoming traffic. Then, drive at least
  30. 10 MPH slower than those now backed up behind you. Even greater
  31. unpleasant effect can by had by tapping the brakes at every curve,
  32. hill crest, intersection, and oncoming car.

  34. Then, as icing on the cake, run the yellow light leading to the
  35. major commuter route, leaving those you slowed down to sit 5 mins.
