- When exiting your neighborhood in the morning, roll thru the stop
- sign, so you can beat the oncoming traffic. Then, drive at least
- 10 MPH slower than those now backed up behind you. Even greater
- unpleasant effect can by had by tapping the brakes at every curve,
- hill crest, intersection, and oncoming car.

- Then, as icing on the cake, run the yellow light leading to the
- major commuter route, leaving those you slowed down to sit 5 mins.
