- CAR (J.K. Setright) did a sort of test of the Northstar equipped Allante, his closing
- sentence was something like "on the face of it the Allante competes with the Jag XJS
- and the Mercedes 300SL, on reflection it does nothing of the sort!". He was not
- exactly enamoured of the car in the rest of the article either.
