  21. CAR (J.K. Setright) did a sort of test of the Northstar equipped Allante, his closing
  22. sentence was something like "on the face of it the Allante competes with the Jag XJS
  23. and the Mercedes 300SL, on reflection it does nothing of the sort!". He was not
  24. exactly enamoured of the car in the rest of the article either.
