  14. I think the best thing that could happen right now is for the federal 
  15. government to relinquish control of speed limits, giving it back to the
  16. individual states.  This country (USA) is just too damn big for a few
  17. brain-dead, bungling beaurocrats to decide how fast each and every one
  18. of America's licensed drivers may drive.
