  31. You apparently have never endured a summer in Arizona.  :^)  Here in the Phoenix
  32. area the interior of a parked car - closed and locked for security - can reach
  33. temps well over 150 deg F!!  The metal buckle of a seat belt in the direct sun can
  34. be quite painful when you sit on it while wearing shorts!!  YEOW!  You can probably
  35. imagine how warm a black vinyl or leather seat can get.  Not many car interiors are
  36. leather here and virtually none are vinyl.
