  20. It's not that complicated.  If you tailgate, then you shouldn't be on
  21. the road in the first place.  Anybody who believes they can guarantee
  22. 100%, full-time attention to their driving is either in denial of
  23. reality or just doesn't have a lot of miles on their life yet.  For
  24. example, what are you going to do when an insect lands in your eye and
  25. you involuntarily shut them tight?  Or when an out-of-the-blue cramp
  26. hits?  Do you ever sneeze or cough?  Ever taken a misaligned high beam
  27. in the eye and been blinded for a few moments?
