  22. you and they seem to be getting away with it.  That's all the 
  23. right they need.

  31. Most likely.  I friend of mine bought a car for $1.  He drove it
  32. for a couple years and sold it, I think for $200.  The person who
  33. bought it was in an accident and their insurance company paid them $900.
