- my 89 2door with qaud4 and auto has needed:
- new thermostat, *head gasket*(however on the plus side even though the warranty
- was over by 3 months gm covered it under warranty as i had only 38k miles on
- the car), also paint started bubbling in 5 places and again they covered it
- all under warranty and repainted both doors and rear-quarters.
- other than that just normal oil/plug stuff. but i was amazed that pontiac
- is standing behind their product like this. oh, btw, the head gasket was
- supposedly redesigned so that this does not keep happening.
