  28. The subject line says "freezes on the windshield" i.e. it does NOT freeze unless
  29. I sprary it the windshield and when I clean the windshield, it instantly forms
  30. frozen film with zero visibility.  This happens when the windshield is not yet
  31. warmed up through the defogger because the engine has been just started in the
  32. morning.  I am NOT diluting the fluid.

  34. Someone suggested that I add coolant antifreeze to my fluid!  I would rather use
  35. brake oil to clean my paint, (NOT!!).

  37. I live in NH too and if you know any better brands of windshield fluids which I
  38. can squirt on the glass and not have to wait for 5 minutes of warm-up in the
  39. morning, please let me know.
