  12. I have a Denon DCD 820 CD player and it has this "emphasis" indicator on
  13. the front panel.  When I play some of my classical CDs it would turn on
  14. automatically.

  16. No where in the instruction manual does it explain what this feature does.
  17. It only mentions "emphasis" feature in the description of the front panel
  18. display layout.  Does anyone know what this feature is or what it does?
