  10. I am looking for a low price (around $600) portable DAT.  I will be using
  11. it mostly for playing back through an outboard D/A converter and for
  12. making pure digital copies of digital sources (CDs and laserdisks) so I'm
  13. not terribly concerned with the internal A/D and D/A quality.  I am
  14. mostly shopping for reliability.  I just heard of a Damark offer for a
  15. Casio DA-R100 portable DAT for $600.  Can anyone give me some advice here?
  16. Is this the deal of my dreams or is the Casio a turkey?  What other units
  17. should I be looking at?
