  10. The initial release for DCC is a full-size home component from Philips,
  11. but the MD units all seem to be portables.  Does anyone know if Sony
  12. or other manufacturers have concrete plans to produce full-size home MD
  13. components in the near future?  My main reason for getting MD (which I
  14. favor over DCC as a format) would be as an archival medium for recording
  15. all my old LPs.
