- I must be a "lunatic" then. Since our family first had a CD player,
- I have found that home recorded tapes are invariable always better than the
- prerecorded tapes. I probably havn't bought a pre-recorded tape in over 5
- years. They last longer, and sound better. Price comparisons? I buy most of
- my CD's used from various used stores. I would venture a guess that my
- average cost per CD is ~$7. Since we buy TDK SA-X 90's in bulks of 100, they
- are fairly cheap. AND, if anything ever happens to the tape, I still have
- the CD to remaster from.
