- I took a look at the Sony a few weeks ago. My opinion on it (pure
- opinion) is that it is tremendously overladen with features you won't
- use, and those features seem to be the main selling point of the unit.

- From the people I've talked to who have Pro-Logic receivers and with my
- experience on one I just bought (not Sony), most useful are basically
- only two modes: straight Pro-Logic, possibly with a few wrinkles such
- as Yamaha's extended or 70mm mode, and bypass (no processing at all).

- up.
