  14. Does anyone out there own (or has owned or knows about) a Quad405 amp? It was
  15. last made around 1984 or so and is rated at 100wpc. A used shop I occasionally
  16. buy from has it listed at $460 used. Any thoughts? I'm currently using a Sumo
  17. Ulysses. They'll probably be used to drive either Maggie SMGs, Vandersteen 1Bs,
  18. Snell Type K/IIs, or Signet SL260s. Any advice on speakers in the $600
  19. price range that are particularly suited to the Quad? Please mail replies to me at:
