  10. Ok, let's see how helpful this group is.  I'm looking for a cd player -
  11. not the cartridge, but the carousel kind, with a drawer that moves out
  12. so I can put other components on top of it.

  14. I certainly wouldn't mind lots of neat bells and whistles, but I also
  15. want on that will last for quite some time and doesn't have too many
  16. dust problems - the area I live in, there's tons of dust; there's always
  17. a coating over my computer and stereo system.  My current cd player is a
  18. panasonic 5-disc changer, which doesn't work too badly, except it has
  19. problems tracking sometimes.  Some CDs are worse than others.

  21. If possible, I would like to get a technics cd-player, because then my
  22. remote would work with it as well, but I don't know what quality their
  23. cd players are.  Any suggestions?

  25. My price range is $200-$300, but I could go up to $500 even if it's a
  26. good enough player.
