  13. A friend of mine is moving to Portland and I'm trying to 
  14. help her find a rental until they can figure out where
  15. they want to buy a house.  I understand there are not a
  16. great deal of nice rental houses available so I am appealing
  17. to you, the great Unix network.  (And no, they are not
  18. coming from California, but Denver.)
  19.  
  20. They are looking in the I5 corridor, preferably Tualatin,
  21. Tigard, Lake Oswego area (or closer) they just need access
  22. to downtown as that's where he will be working.  There are
  23. three children (3, 5, 6.5) and two cats.  They would like
  24. 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, at least 1500 sq. ft., 2 car 
  25. garage, and a fenced yard would be nice but not required.

  27. They will may need to move in as early as Dec 10. They will
  28. rent from the first if needed.  They are going to be down
  29. on Nov 20-22 to look.  Please contact me by then if possible.
  30. But after is ok, in case they can't find something by then.
