  28. As such, if you summarise, you are producing a derived work which has
  29. the potential to deprive me of income, should I ever republish my
  30. words (which I have reserved the right to do, by virtue of the
  31. copyright).  As such, I have every right to sue you for recompense (my
  32. words are now unable to be republished for profit, as you have
  33. provided your own version which I cannot charge for))

  35. (and, indeed, this raises interesting questions.  By summarising, you
  36. are (in effect) putting words into my mouth.  I may well argue that,
  37. owing to the subjective nature of language interpretation and
  38. production, what I meant wasn't at all what you wrote, and as such you
  39. are libelling me by posting such blatantly false interpretations of my
  40. words.  Indeed, if you take the creative spark, the light of personal
  41. genius from my words that mark them as truly mine, you are taking away
  42. the very essence that makes them mine, and I ought to be able to not
  43. only sue you for theft, but also for making me appear noncreative
  44. garbage).
