  11. Anyone in the neighborhood of the Capital District (Albany, Saratoga, etc.)
  12. this weekend should stop by Saratoga State Park and witness one of the best
  13. cross-country races of the year. Yes, Union College is hosting the 
  14. NCAA Division III National Cross-Country Championship at Saratoga State Park
  15. this Saturday, November 21. Both men and women will compete over 8K and 5K
  16. distances, respectively. The course will cover both the 18-hole golf course
  17. and sections of the park itself. This will give excellent viewing 
  18. opportunities to those who show up to watch this great event. The men's race
  19. will start at noon, while the women's race will begin at @1 pm. The 
  20. admission is $5 for adults, $2 for children, and $3 for students with ID.
  21. These prices are mandated by the NCAA. Anyone who has ever run cross-country
  22. either competitively or for fun should make it out this weekend to the races.
  23. I'll be there because I marked the course. Let's show the entire nation how
  24. much New York State supports running & racing! See you there!
