- (I think) in damages even though the suit involved millions.
- If a court finds that a plaintif isn't harmed, why would they give them
- inflated court cost awards? They would want the plaintiff to pay the costs
- in order to avoid a flood of frivilous suits. A successful lawsuit better
- have more to it that technical wrongdoing.
