- Guess I was thinking more of the Massachusetts state government than federal
- statutes. A depiction of a minor in the nude is considered pornography in
- Mass. Also, community standards are supported quite heavily. Here in the
- town of Framingham, selling or renting X rated films is a felony. And there
- is a list of adult magazines that may not be displayed on a magazine rack,
- but must be sold from under the counter.
