  38. Guess I was thinking more of the Massachusetts state government than federal
  39. statutes.  A depiction of a minor in the nude is considered pornography in
  40. Mass.  Also, community standards are supported quite heavily.  Here in the
  41. town of Framingham, selling or renting X rated films is a felony.  And there
  42. is a list of adult magazines that may not be displayed on a magazine rack,
  43. but must be sold from under the counter.
