  14. I've heard reports lately that NY State Troopers are using Infrared
  15. "Laser Radar" on the Thruway to catch speeders.  I've also heard that
  16. you can buy (virtually ineffective) "Laser Radar Detectors" at 
  17. Lechmere.

  19. This is the first that I've heard of "commercial" use of this technology.
  20. Can anyone corroborate this for me, and perhaps point me to references
  21. where I can learn more about each?
