- I can't answer your second question, but the first one is easy. Hardly
- anyone at bell knows of the existance of this service!! When I inquired
- about it, I got transferred to 5 people before I finally got someone who
- knew what I was talking about. It's not a very popular thing to ask about,
- since the people who don't use modems only rarely think such a service is
- useful.

- Maybe since they're not charging you for it, it doesn't show up on their
- computer when they try to list all of your special services... wwho knows.
