  29. not.  It's clear that for NWA to survive, they must become "more efficient"
  30. (cut jobs).

  43. Yes.  I don't think even NWA thought they would lose money this fast (from
  44. fare wars), but it was also clear that NWA was in big trouble (due to the
  45. huge debt from the LBO) before the bailout package, er, "incentives" were
  46. passed.

  48. I've also heard that the MN constitution is clear that public money cannot
  49. be used to fund private buisnesses.  Does anyone have an on-line copy of
  50. the MN constitution?
