  18. Free advice...wait a month for things to straighten out and then post
  19. a traffic summary every month.  Peer pressure should keep things under
  20. control that way.

  22. When I worked for the CS department, we posted lists of disk space usage
  23. without editorial comment.  It was reasonably effective, if for no other
  24. reason than people *might not have known* that they were using more than
  25. their share.
