  13. I know this is not exactly the right newsgroup for this request, but perhaps  
  14. some of you may be able to help me.

  17. business document.  Due to time constraints, we don't have the time to write it  
  18. ourselves.

  20. Does anyone know where I could access public domain text, or pieces of writing  
  21. that are not copyrighted?
