- hi! anyone out there who has the strength shoes? i need a copy of the
- manual (20 somewhat pages). i got the shoes for some time, but my stupid
- brother threw away the manual. i'm thinking about training in them
- again and would like to follow the program outlined in the manual than
- doing it from my recollection. i would be most grateful. i'll offer
- to pay for any expenses incurred (ie. copying fee & postage). thanks in
- advance. please respond as soon as you can.
-
- by the way, what is the difference between the strength shoes and the
- jump soles (the ones that can attach to the bottom of a sneaker) other
- than price? they both appear to accomplish the same goal i think.
