  13. What's worse is that most of these scams are now using a 900 number that
  14. charges about $4 a min so they get to sock you for about $12-15 even before
  15. you find out what you won.  Of course there is a very complex mail-in 
  16. method for finding out what you've won so they can claim that no charge is
  17. necessary and the the 900 number is just of the winners conveinence.
