- I heard about this on NPR this morning while driving in to work. I am
- quite shocked.

- Evidently, someone purposely (so they believe) leaked the prosecution strategy
- to the Stone (can't remember the first name), who is the defense attorney
- for Powell, the only officer not acquitted of all charges in the state trial.
- The leaking of this document is one hell of a severe blow to prosecution in
- that defense now knows exactly the strengths and weaknesses of the prosecutors
- case, in that the prosecution outlines everything.

- There is a good possibility of legal action (obstruction of tampering of
- justice) against whoever leaked the information.
