  23. I heard about this on NPR this morning while driving in to work.  I am
  24. quite shocked.

  26. Evidently, someone purposely (so they believe) leaked the prosecution strategy
  27. to the Stone (can't remember the first name), who is the defense attorney
  28. for Powell, the only officer not acquitted of all charges in the state trial.
  29. The leaking of this document is one hell of a severe blow to prosecution in 
  30. that defense now knows exactly the strengths and weaknesses of the prosecutors
  31. case, in that the prosecution outlines everything.

  33. There is a good possibility of legal action (obstruction of tampering of
  34. justice) against whoever leaked the information.
