  14. According to the TODAY show this morning, the "gameplan" of the
  15. federal prosecutors assigned the Rodney King case has been leaked to
  16. the defense.  This, according to experts, is not cause for mistrail;
  17. however, it is the equivalent of a football disaster in which the
  18. plans and strategy of one team are given to an opposing team one week
  19. before a playoff game.
