  13. Is there a real reason to ask how to cite the "Bluebook" or is your question
  14. posed to poke (much needed) fun at the absurd seriousness with which the 
  15. "Bluebook" is taken?  If the later is your ploy, I salute you.  If, on the
  16. other hand, you are seriously concerned about the question, I can only say
  17. "Get a life"!  Oh, wait, was the exclamation point to be inside or outside the
  18. quotation marks?  What would the Bluebook say?  Who the hell really cares?
