- Being faced with the same problem at this time, I can make the
- following recommendations :

- 1) Call the police - most towns have a statute regarding
- excessive noise, disturbing the peace, public
- nuisance, etc.
- 2) Call the police - network with your "good" neighbors
- so that several complaints are filed for each event
- of loud music.
- 3) Call the police - most police departments will keep
- track of citizen complaints and begin to recognize
- the property as a "problem".
- 4) Attend a public Town Council meeting en mass and voice
- your complaint to your elected officials, press to
- have a summons issued based upon 1,2,3 above.
