  13. new journal currently looking for articles on rights issues both    
  14. "conservative" or "liberal" in nature.

  16. Submissions must be made in both 1) wordperfect disk format, and
  17. double spaced manuscript , preferably in the Courier 10 typeface.
  18. Footnotes should be numbered consequetivel and follow the    
  19. 15th ed. of the "Blue Book", _A Uniform System of Citation_
