  14. I need some help to settle a bet.  Some states allow marriages
  15. between first cousins.  I contend that Texas is one of those 
  16. states that allow this.  Does anyone know for sure?  If not 
  17. Texas, then what states in the US do allow first cousins to
  18. still marry without being zapped for incest?  Thanks for any
  19. help, $20 rides on the answer.
